Registration for the 2013-2014 Season
Please read the entire information document prior to registering.
All families are required to have completed the Respect in Sport program prior to Registration.

Online registration is only available to those players who were registered with Girls Hockey Calgary during the 2011-2012 Season.

Print and complete registration, submit with proof of residency, school registration and proof of age.
Full payment is required at time of Registration.

Payment 0ptions:
1. Registration Online: Visa and Master card
2. Registration at GHC Office: Cheque (maximum 2)
- Cheque #1 50% of fee at time of registration.
- Cheque #2 50% dated June 30, 2013. (late fees apply for cheques posted dated July 1 to August 15 $150.00 and from August 16 to August 30 plus $250.00.
Players drafted to the GHC Elite Bantam/Midget AAA teams will be required to pay the balance of the AAA Team fees by September 30, 2013 or a payment plan including administrative fees can be arranged with full payment due by the end of December.
Player Withdrawal
A $50.00 administration fee will be charged for player withdrawal prior to evaluations. A $50.00 administration fee plus 40% of team fee will be assessed for player withdrawal once the evaluation process has begun. GHC evaluations begin September 3, 2013, to process a refund the GHC office must be notified by email at ghockey@allstream.net. Withdrawal due to medical reasons must be accompanied by a letter from your Physician’s on letter head.
At completion of evaluations registration fees are 100% non refundable. GHCA reserves the right to review and adjust withdrawal fees based on individual circumstances including health related circumstances, relocations etc.
A written release from the GHC President will be required to register with another MHAC Association by 5:00PM, September 10, 2013. Releases will not be granted after the said date.
