EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

ELIGIBILITY

Any member in good standing (GHC Policy Manual, Section 3.1) is entitled to participate in and benefit from the activities and resources of the Association applicable to their classification of membership.

NOMINATIONS TO THE BOARD

Members who wish to stand for election for the Board of Directors must respond to the Call for Nominations for the applicable term. Submissions for the 2022 Call for Nominations will open in May 2022.

VACANCIES TO THE BOARD

In the event that there is a mid-term vacancy on the Board of Directors, the remaining Directors may appoint a member in good standing to fill that vacancy for the remainder of the term. Members are asked to submit this form AND contact the relevant Director to express interest in vacancies to the Board.

COORDINATOR ROLES

As a Coordinator in the Association, you are a representative of the general hockey public, working in the best interest of the entire youth organization. You will coordinate the area of responsibility as defined within this description, and provide status, input and direction to the Association as required.

Coordinator positions are a one-year terms with the opportunity to continue each year.
Volunteers are appointed to this position and receive mentorship from the Board.
There are no elections for coordinators or subcommittee positions.
Coordinator roles are non-voting position.
