How do I register?

Can I register more than one player at a time?

Yes. On the first page (“Participant Info”) you can select “Add Another Participant.” You will select program options for both participants on the third page (“Participant Fees”).

What is the registration deadline?

  • Tuesday, February 16 @ 10:00 AM: Registration Opens
  • Thursday, February 18 @ 10:00 AM: If there are GHC players on a waitlist, we will try to accommodate them. Some age divisions Groups may be closed or combine if they do not have registrants.
  • Friday, February 19 @ 10:00 AM: If there are non-GHC players on a waitlist, we will try to accommodate them.
  • February 20, 2021 @ 11:59 PM: Registration Closed

How do I add my daughter’s name to the waitlist if her age division is full?

If your desired Winter Skills age division is full, you can submit the 2021 Winter Skills Program WAITLIST Form.

  • You will be placed in a queue for the next available space in your age division.
  • GHC will review availability after 48 hours of opening registration. Depending on availability in other age divisions, GHC may combine age divisions to accommodate waitlisted players. If some age divisions are not full by Thursday, Feb 18, we may repurpose those ice times for age divisions with a waitlist.
  • If a space becomes available, you will be notified via email.
  • You must confirm your registration within 24 hours of being offered a spot.

Please note:

  • Waitlisted participants will be placed in a queue based on the date and time of their waitlist form submission.
  • You may not pre-emptively join the waitlist! Waitlist forms submitted before an age division is full will be deleted.
  • We cannot guarantee space for waitlisted participants.

How do I apply my credit to pay for the Winter Skills program fee?

You should be given the option to apply your credit on the last page (“Checkout”).

The difference in your refund amount will be returned to you as either a refund or credit. (You will indicate your preferred method on the 2021 Winter Skills Program registration form.)

How will I know my player’s Group #?

We will begin sorting players and coaches as soon as registration opens, however we will not be notifying players within the first 48 hours. (We would like to receive as many registrations as possible before sorting to ensure that our skill groups are as uniform). Notices and schedules will be sent via TeamSnap.
