We have finalized our May SDR LIVE schedule and are thrilled to announce that Hockey Hall-of-Famer Danielle Goyette will join us for a three-part series on skating imitations without ice. We will also welcome back Hockey Canada skills coach Dean Seymour every Monday for skills sessions, and the team at Vital Strength Physiology for our strength and conditioning sessions. We are also excited to welcome US Olympian Brianna Decker to the SDR team. She’ll be hosting an interactive chalk talk session at the end of the month. The May program – all 20 30-minute sessions – is only $75. Check out the details on the SDR website!
